The shop and these terms
These terms cover QuickTap’s business administration service and connected ecommerce websites and apps. QuickTap is provided by the company identified below. For purchases from a shop, the merchant identified by the storefront and order documents is the seller. QuickTap does not become that seller merely by supplying the software.
When creating an account or placing an order, review these terms and the Privacy Policy. Applicable consumer rights remain in force. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place an order. You may still contact the merchant about an existing order or exercise your legal rights.
Business subscriptions and responsibilities
A person registering or administering a business must be authorized to act for it. The business is responsible for lawful collection and use of records it uploads, notices and permissions required for its customers and employees, and access assigned to its staff. Use only integrations you are authorized to connect.
Subscription price, billing period, included features and any renewal or cancellation conditions are those disclosed in the selected plan or applicable agreement. These terms do not introduce an additional fee or override a separately agreed business contract. Contact QuickTap at the address below for platform billing or account questions.
Accounts and safe use
Provide accurate account, contact and delivery information and keep it current. You must be legally able to enter the relevant transaction or have the authorization required by applicable law. Protect your account and tell the merchant promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, misuse discounts, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another customer’s or merchant’s information. Access may be restricted where reasonably needed to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements; this does not remove rights attached to completed purchases.
Optional social sign-in
Google, Apple, Facebook and X are independent providers governed by their own terms. Available buttons depend on the shop’s platform configuration. You authorize the provider to share the information described in the Privacy Policy. Email/password sign-in remains an alternative.
You may connect providers later in Account settings. Connecting requires an authenticated shop account, and a provider identity cannot be connected to two customers in the same shop. An email match alone does not merge accounts. Keep an alternative way to sign in before disconnecting your last available method.
Provider availability, consent withdrawal or suspension of your provider account can affect sign-in. Contact the merchant for account assistance. Disconnecting a provider does not cancel purchases, erase your shop account, or revoke the provider’s permissions automatically; manage those permissions with the provider.
Orders, payment and fulfillment
Review products, variants, menu add-ons, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, fees, delivery or pickup choice and the final amount before submitting. Payment methods and delivery coverage depend on the merchant and your address. Estimated preparation or delivery times are estimates unless the merchant expressly guarantees them.
The merchant is responsible for availability, product descriptions, fulfillment, order changes, cancellations, returns and refunds under its published policies and applicable law. No universal refund window or shipping guarantee is created by these platform terms. Contact the merchant with your order reference about a problem.
For food orders, check ingredient and allergen information with the restaurant before ordering when relevant; do not assume that an omitted label means an item is allergen-free.
Reviews, images and communications
Only submit reviews and images you have the right to share. Do not include another person’s private information without authorization. You permit the merchant and QuickTap to store and display your submitted content as needed to provide and moderate the review feature. Moderation may remove unlawful, abusive or irrelevant content.
Order, security and account messages support the service. Optional offers and push permissions can be managed as described in the Privacy Policy. Choosing social sign-in is not consent to marketing.
Availability, rights and resolving problems
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, network problems or third-party outages. The merchant and QuickTap must take reasonable care within their respective roles. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not waive mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Contact the merchant first about purchases, account access or these terms using the details below or on your order receipt. Applicable mandatory laws and competent authorities remain available; these terms do not impose a particular country’s courts, compulsory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.
Updated terms will carry a new date. Material changes should be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively remove rights for existing orders. Requests to close an account or delete information follow the process in the Privacy Policy; legal retention duties may still apply.
